The only game my boys wanted to stay until the very end was the reds game at home earlier this year that started off with 2 Homeruns and a bunch of fireworks... I couldn't even get my oldest to the playground in the stadium. They were glued to their seats until the final strike a little after 930-10 and promptly fell asleep while I was carrying them back to the car. One of the best days.

@StephenRuhe We bill immediately via a scanning app. Small fleet asset based 5 trucks We don’t utilize brokers or very little as we’re exempt from ELD’s and most won’t accept that

Repeatable, verifiable steps done to vet carriers without exceptions has to be the best way to approach carrier vetting in this new atmosphere. If you look at the Werner case (even though it was overturned in the Texas Supreme Court) they were held liable because of an exception made to allow a trainee to drive in inclement weather. Eliminate exceptions, have a proven process, repeat across the org.

Cassandra Gaines points out that legal claims often center on missed warning signs—such as ignored VIN schedules or disproportionate tender volumes—to prove that the broker should have identified the fraudulent behavior.

@StephenRuhe Broker - 5m - days to bill is average 5 days from delivery. However, that excludes some of the very slow carriers we have relationships with for 15 years. Sometimes getting paperwork from them is like power washing the rain.
