Does your scientific writing include classic storytelling elements? I've found the papers that stick with me read like stories with a main character (hypothesis) who experiences dramatic tension and resolution.

Science hard, then play hard. CU Biomechanics intramural soccer team takes a 7-3 win (Civ. E. & Aerospace were good opponents). But there were casualties 😭. My trusty boots couldn't hang. Had them since '08. @Nike any old Tiempos in storage you need to get rid of? #olderisbetter
