@Stephen_Avery Dude, almost exactly the same thing here. Master bath leaking into downstairs art studio/office, plus drain problem in laundry room. House completely tore up for about 6 weeks. Doing better now the house has been put back together.

Nothing like compressing all of 2020's home repairs and maintenance into 6 weeks. As of yesterday I am finally no longer living in an obstacle course of tools, building materials, and temporarily relocated furniture and major appliances. Taking a break before starting 2021's.

@ShellieUbaRose The master bath started leaking into the downstairs kitchen. Our place is completely tore up. Eventually the chaos will settle though. How have you been?

@Stephen_Avery Do you have your summer "vacation" to-do list started yet? So far Al's got paint the porch, seal the deck and kill the ivy.

I will say though, that @Spankzilla85 and @EOGamers did an AMAZING JOB. The art and graphics were FANTASTIC.

That one didn't quite hit the mark. Too many rules for kids, not complex enough for adults. Unless you're a manchild like me.
