@DawnSunrise1 That’s a shame. We’ve still got M&S in Blackpool town centre, but I fear it probably won’t be there within a decade. Probably replaced by a Poundland/Sports Direct or a combination of vape shops & barbers.

I went to town today. It used to be such a pleasure. Not any more. It didn't feel like I was in the England that I used to know and love. It's heartbreaking. That ugly B&M shop replaced a lovely M&S, which was the heart of the shopping area.

So I was on Blackpool Promenade yesterday and a guy who admired my Ebike asked if he could have a ride on it. I refused because he could easily ride away & not come back. It’s not the first time a total stranger has asked for a go on my bike.
