Today we went back to the @tommys Rainbow clinic at St.Mary’s to meet their new CEO and tell them how amazing they all are! Here is Ada with our lovely midwife Emma. We would happily go back every week if we could because we miss her so much!

@MattHancock My daughter was stillborn at 37+3 weeks in October. I’m a district nurse and I was covid positive. The post-mortem results shown that covid had obliterated the placenta. Evelyn (my daughter) had not caught covid, she was perfect in every way.

The RCOG are using outdated research from a study of 427 women from March-April last year, there is already up to date research available. What are you and the government going to do about this? Are we all just going to sit back not take notice whilstbabies lives are in danger?

I know you are aiming to reduce the rates of stillbirth but currently they are on the rise. I have seen many stories similar to mine where covid 19 has caused issues with the placenta, some babies have been delivered in time and others have unfortunately died.
