@BoundaryBreak the ugly scan lines on the blurry, low res CRT hides the blocky square pixels. and I still prefer the high definition on the right 🤷♂️. I'd rather use a bilinear filter on the HD image, than use some dinosaur low quality TV.

Dragon’s Dogma 2 received a mysterious 77 GB update on SteamDB today, so people think it’s a DLC or an expansion.
The new depot appeared briefly and was much larger than the game’s 65 GB base install.
Then was removed and replaced with tiny placeholder files.
They could be doing internal testing for new content.
Capcom has not commented.

@Nediaxyz @Diskette0 The caliopies are 100% just another photo layered into the background. The other stuff seems to be just the results of some AI upscaler, not really generating anything. For example the AI mistook the 8 for a 9 and the 6 as a 5, that's why the upscale looks a bit off.

@Marsormr_ Its not a huge step down, but there is so much wasted potential. Why spend all that time and effort just to Remake DD1 with the flaws included. Hoping a expansion will fix stuff. Story does suck though, but I like fighting monsters

This was one of the best most human things Bush sr. ever did. The fact he was attacked because his food tastes didn’t match those of some reporters and this was considered newsworthy was a telling sign of how the media would work to find ANYTHING wrong about a Republican- even one as blameless as Bush Sr.
During the 1988 election I remember Time magazine having a lengthy article about how the Dukakises were clearly far more in love than the Bushes because Dukakis smiled more during a lengthy state ball.
