Does the phrase “common sense” mean anything to you? If you’ve been to at least 3 garage sales, you know how they’re typically run. I’m not arguing for written in stone rules here, I’m arguing for observable facts.
Garage sales are used for clearing out old junk, making space, getting ready to move, and similar situations. They aren’t now, nor have they ever been people setting up and running a physical store in their driveway. They aren’t for charging retail or market value for goods. They’re for getting rid of stuff fast and easy, so items will be priced and haggled to be sold. This isn’t a written in stone rule… this is just what they are. If you’ve been to garage sales, you’d know this. It’s common sense, and you sound real foolish instead of sounding clever like you think you do with your “terms and conditions” quip.
