Judge Dein issues her written order on discovery on Prepa bondholders motion to compel for their accounting claim (this relates to the electric utility generating net revenues (bondholder collateral) since the petition date that was used for capex & other expenses). #muniland Bondholders won on two key discovery avenues -- 1) Bondholders are allowed to serve an interrogatory on the OBoard asking them to document how they classified expenses to arrive at their calculations that there were zero net revenues over the last 9 years (~$36 billion in revenues over the period). 2) Documents related to federal funds must be produced. Both funds received and funds that have not been transferred yet. Notably this is where Luma/Quanta $PWR & IEM have failed in creating & executing recovery work plans that FEMA can reimburse.
