The legal ramifications of a Trump loss will be major. Trump will be sentenced and face trial in other cases. Elon Musk will probably sue the group that took $100 million and did for Trump what they did for DeSantis. The RNC has become basically a money laundering operation for the Trump family. Hard to imagine some major donors aren't going to try and hold them accountable. Trump will seek to claw back some of the millions he paid to top staff. And, of course, Trump will wander around the country with a bunch of idiot lawyers filing lawsuits in states he lost.
