@amazonUk Chat person tells me "it's being looked into" (when!) and then suggests a call. I get a phone call and find that the person has no idea about my issue. I give him a brief summary and say I need to speak to someone in authority so he HANGS UP THE PHONE!!

@AmazonUK @AmazonHelp Escalated a customer support issue to "Annette B Tech Support Executive Customer Relations" and not getting any replies to messages. Anyone wish to discuss data breaches and Amazon trying to replace new goods with used ones??
