Got a little "giddy" about the sheet power of using @tana_inc for my meeting prep for tomorrow.
I recorded a "behind the scenes" Loom and you can check it out for free, here: loom.com/share/31f9099c…
Shoutout to @TanaNodes for helping me build this incredible system.
For anyone who thinks @NotionHQ or @obsdmd are awesome (they are, you aren't wrong), needs to seriously give Tana a look.

@PaulJocelyn Do you have any recommendation what to read re: this quote, i.e. specific paper or other good starting place?
English

@johncutlefish Thanks for this - great video. Do you have more on this you can share, i.e. more on the capabilities, the survey, etc?

Only in DC: doing a live hit for @CBSEveningNews outside the federal courthouse on Pence’s grand jury testimony and @BradleyWhitford strolls by Penn Ave. in a suit on the phone. For a second, wanted to ask him about how the Bartlet WH is going to respond…

@RogerLMartin I recall, reading an article of yours that covers strategy at the level of a functional group, department. However, I can’t find that article now. Is this something I actually read, if so, could you point me to it please?

This perfectly captures the fallacies of the “polarization” narrative: What is depicted here isn’t polarization, and describing it as such obscures rather than illuminates what’s actually the problem - the escalating anti-democratic radicalization of the Republican Party.
The Associated Press@AP
GOP lawmakers are handing out harsh punishments for their Democratic colleagues, including potentially expelling three legislators in Tennessee. Experts say it's a sign that political polarization is at its highest level since just after the Civil War. apnews.com/article/oklaho…

@confusedLashout @shreyas For sure - not always what I’d like and I’d want to know why.
English

@perreau @shreyas 😀 Ben, and there are *definitely* some people who will take tools like this, and use them for bad ends. I agree with @shreyas and have also seen bad actors use it for bad ends (and even gaslight that they’re not doing that). Not surprisingly, it comes down to the individual 😀
English

@stevesanderson @shreyas It was a figure of speech fellas. 😉Of course it’s not a good idea to be machiavellian about it.
My point, hopefully well taken, is that there is a spectrum between people who need to be convinced it is their idea, and people who are malleable of mind enough to see yours.
English

@absolutelysid @shreyas Yeah, that matches my experience as well Siddhartha. Context matters, and lots of contexts are not as close to ideal as I wish they were.
English

@stevesanderson @shreyas You’re 💯 correct Steve! But the reality in almost every company is different. I don’t assess performance of PMs by idea ownership but it’s more about how entire company perceive things.
