Time to delete my X account. I don't post much, but I used to enjoy the space for educational and political discourse. But X is now largely a collection of political vitriol including constant @elonmusk propaganda posts. We are what we consume and I refuse to consume more. See ya

If we don't hurry up and play ball, we ensure that the learning in our classes becomes exponentially irrelevant to our students' lives. We owe it to them to engage with this technology and to figure out how it fits into #OntEd learning and spaces.

Ontario hospitals ran up 6 million agency nursing hours, paying premiums of 2x & more the regular hourly rate in 2020-21– the equivalent cost of 7,000 full-time nursing positions. Decades of hospital management exploiting nurses & treating them as disposable brought us to this.
