@OSPpatrick Nice study, although these results may depend on what outcome you are comparing in subjective v objective assessments. See Kahnemann & Klein: Conditions for intuitive expertise a failure to disagree. Interesting discussion on heuristics and skilled intuition.

The practitioner’s eye? If you believe you can watch an athlete move and tell if they looks good/healthy, you probably aren’t doing any better than just random guessing. If you think you’re better than that, keep score this year and see how you do. bjsm.bmj.com/content/early/…
