We closed on our first industrial building today.
A 35,850 square foot single tenant building purchased for $2.42 million (all in equity of $3.05 million).
Zero bank debt. No tenant in place yet.
Located in Athens Georgia.
I sourced this deal through my network in Athens.
My team did everything else - from negotiating the terms to raising the capital and now leasing the building.
We're excited about a great asset in a growing market at a great basis.
This will be the first of many!
