@goodcow @EdenredBenefits Delayed response - thanks, but omny card can’t be added to Apple wallet to pay so still cant use my phone .. I guess I can use the omny card but goal was to use my phone

@Steve_W106 @EdenredBenefits You can buy a physical OMNY card at 7-Eleven, setup an OMNY account, add your Edenred commuter debit card as a payment method, and link them, along with auto-reload.

@GRIPSIX I had a small issue with the belt I ordered many many years ago, emailed Grip6, received a response same day (on a Sunday). Without any order details you found my original order and sorted my replacement.. Thanks for the top notch customer service. #madeintheUSA

@EdenredBenefits can you provide an update on the issue preventing the use of the commuter card on NYC omny system?

@EdenredBenefits @POedSubwayRider Due to this restriction you are not eligible for fare discounts/fare capping - it did work using omny for a while then it was cut off.

Really sad how we are in an era of contactless credit cards and @EdenredBenefits doesn’t even have that option on their transit benefit commuter cards

@EdenredBenefits @ohitsyeya I have had the same issue, it used to work then stopped without notice. I called the number above but after waiting 20+ minutes for a representative I gave up. I would like to understand why this option was taken away as that's how I use my card for public transport.

@HomeDepot NSD is the worst delivery pick up service you could work with. I’ve spent hours on the phone with them. This is the worst customer service I’ve been given and they blame you guys!
