We have taken a major step in improving water access across Nakuru County with the launch of a state-of-the-art water drilling rig and test pumping machine. This will accelerate borehole drilling efforts, ensuring more residents have clean and safe drinking water.
In just two years, my administration has connected over 15,500 new households to clean water, drilled 60 boreholes, and solarized 45 to cut costs and enhance sustainability. Additionally, we have laid over 407 km of water piping under the last-mile connectivity program.
We remain committed to ensuring that every Nakuru resident has access to reliable water supply, improving health, sanitation, and economic opportunities across the county.

@DidmusWaBarasa Do you think those legacy project ni his bedroom affair they all concern all Kenyans.

President @WilliamsRuto needs to develop a thick skin when it comes to delivering his legacy projects.
Kenya cannot be run based on the opinions of civil society groups alone, as they often oppose projects funded through Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) by mobilizing social media campaigns and demonstrations
However, during re-election, Kenyans will ultimately vote based on service delivery.
I firmly believe that contracts secured through PPPs should not have been cancelled.
These groups opposed transformative projects such as the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) and the Thika Superhighway in the past, yet today, we all take pride in these achievements.
It is crucial to keep our focus on the end results rather than being distracted by where we currently stand.
For instance, in Bungoma, we frequently suffer from blackouts caused by dilapidated transmission lines and outdated accessories.
Addressing these challenges requires significant capital investment, which can only be effectively tackled through PPP arrangements.
Fellow Kenyans, development is not just about constructing buildings or infrastructure but also about changing the way we think.
As a nation, we must embrace progressive ideas that prioritize long-term benefits over short-term resistance. A few vocal individuals cannot represent the voices of 49 million Kenyans.
Let us focus on service delivery and the legacy we want to build for future generations.

The legacy media is all about pushing ideology — People who still rely on legacy media's content as their main source of information are therefore gravely disinformed.
