@JetBlue we love flying with you, but a communication error completely disrupted our family vacation. We were officially notified our flight to LAS was canceled, only to find out later it wasn't. We spent 8 stressful hours scrambling to pivot our plans last minute. (1/2)

While the airfare points were refunded, we are so sad to have missed our highly anticipated trip due to this misinformation. Could a customer rep please DM me? We'd love to find a fair resolution for the immense stress and disappointment caused to our family. Thank you!

@AmericanAir is literally the worst airline ever. I can’t fly out of Tampa tomorrow due to the oncoming storm and they won’t allow me to rebook my flight for November. @SouthwestAir Southwest had no issues rebooking my return flight for November. I should’ve never booked with AA!
