I support the US and Israel's actions to destroy the threat posed by the Iranian regime's nuclear potential and ballistic missiles but Trump's increasingly crazy threats undermine the legitimacy of the strikes on Iran - and risk escalating the conflict to a full Middle East war that could cause mass deaths, political chaos in the region and a global recession. It's doubtful his threats will deter the Islamo-fascist lunatics in Tehran. Trump is out of control. Steadier heads in the White House need to act now before it's too late.

3 days on, 1 day off - 2 days on, 1 day off. Chicken, sweet potatoes & broccoli 4-5 times a day. Only 2 cheat days a month. Went from 110 lbs skin and bones to 155 lbs of earned muscle. The Prodigy: Out of Space (1992). Their fourth hit from their debut album Experience, this samples Chase The Devil by Max Romeo and the Upsetters. This did well in the UK, Ireland and Holland, less so elsewhere: I guess not everyone was Ravy Davey Gravy at that time! I assume they're listening to this on Artemis 2 at the moment...
