There's a lot to unpack here but please do it in a fair way that doesn't abuse the referee. Who, watching this back will know has made a couple of massive mistakes 😕

Either way enjoying the new role but sadly the stigma around taking the whistle seems to still be around. But more could give it a go for sure.
