If someone asked you today why you live differently — what would you say? There's a reason you don't fall apart the way everyone else does. A reason you can show up with peace in the middle of chaos. Forgiveness when you've been wronged. Hope when the situation says there's nothing to hope for. That's not personality. That's not positivity. That's Jesus. And the people in your life — at work, home, in your everyday, they're noticing something they can't quite explain. One day they're going to ask you about it. Be ready to tell them why.

There are only 2 things in this world you have 100% control over 100% of the time: Your attitude. Your effort. That’s it. You can’t control the economy. You can’t control the competition. You can’t control other people’s opinions, decisions, or actions. But you can control how you choose to show up. Every day. With energy. With discipline. With gratitude. With intentional effort. High performers understand this. They stop wasting emotional bandwidth on things outside of their control and pour everything they have into the things that are. Because when your attitude is strong and your effort is consistent… you put yourself in position to handle whatever life or business throws your way.

Sympathy keeps its distance. Compassion gets in the foxhole. One of our core values at the @tebowfoundation is "we hurt when they hurt." It's not comfortable. But it's worth it — because the people around you don't need someone who feels bad for them. They need someone who shows up. Who around you needs you to just show up today?

Strength isn’t discovered in comfortable moments, it’s revealed when comfort is no longer an option. And when that moment comes, character isn’t what you claim it is, it’s what you do when doing right costs you something. So keep showing up. Keep doing the work. Because the moment you feel most like quitting is usually the moment you’re closest to everything you’ve been fighting for. Finish the round.

If you want to know who your people are, go through rock bottom, dark times and see who shows up! Everyone hangs around when they are invited to the penthouse to sit in the sun.

I can’t believe Kathryn said what she said but that’s why we call her Kathryn for Real. :) What she said 25 years ago also surprised me but I needed to hear it. What followed wasn’t an overnight transformation. It was small, intentional changes. Gratitude. A stronger mindset. Daily habits that slowly changed everything. The Power of Positive Habits officially launches TODAY and we couldn’t be more excited to share these 93 habits with you. They have impacted me and millions across the world. These habits are designed to elevate your mindset, strengthen your relationships, enhance your health and improve every part of your life.

Mental and behavior skills are still undertrained. Not enough quality of training, frequency, or practical application. Coaches who understand the impact of mental and behavior skill on performance train it as rigorously as they train physically.

It continues to amaze me that 90% of things I see on QB DEVELOPMENT is about PHYSICAL development/technique, which to me remains the biggest problem we have with QB Development! Mental > Physical Until we get this right there will always be a development problem IMO!!

Hard days reveal what easy days hide. Nobody's attitude gets tested on a good day. Nobody's faith gets proven when everything is working. Nobody's character shows up when the meeting goes well and the boss is happy and the project lands perfectly. That's just a good day. The hard day is where everything real lives. How you treat people when you're tired. How you respond when you're wronged. How you show up when showing up costs you something. That's the version of you that matters.

Last coaches meeting of the year at @RHSProsper. I’m so grateful for this staff. I coached for a long time, and I have never been around a staff of this caliber all the way across the board. They are exceptional in so many ways. Most importantly, they LOVE our kids. #WeAreRichland

Faithfulness is not glamorous. It is showing up when no one is watching. It is doing the right thing when there is no applause. It is staying when everything in you wants to quit. But God sees every bit of it. And He rewards what others overlook.
