Today I shared with my team that after 32 fantastic years (!) I'll be retiring from @Microsoft!
What's next? 1) I'm staying on until summer to help with the transition (SO MUCH GOODNESS COMING), then 2) focus on the two kids still at home & the 1 who just started college. :)

some familiar vertical software things here but building this on multiple cloud services is, I think, a sign of maturity in the cloud stack. also reminds me of how @StevenGuggs was scaling out Microsoft's individual AI engagements into tools and platforms techrepublic.com/article/micros…

@ATT worst service I've seen in years...can't turn off a wifi hotspot through the web, through tier 1 support, through the store. On hold, transfered and hung up on for more than an hour now. Pathetic
