The corporate tax structure is a mess also. And ignore the scare tactics that companies will move, they said the same thing about Fair Share (people will move) and it has exceeded expectations. Corporations with > 1 billion in sales sometimes only pay MA $456 in taxes. #mapoli

I kind of chafe when I see the Fair Share Amendment still called the millionaire's tax. The reason the state has to do various backflips on revenue and taxation is because we constitutionally have a regressive flat tax. People were never willing to take that on.
