Cellphone video shows a woman walking backward toward officers with guns drawn. One officer then moves toward her, sweeps her leg, and takes her down onto the pavement. A second person at the scene was also handcuffed. The move is described as a Level 1 use of force, the lowest level on the Columbus Division of Police use-of-force scale. The prosecution saying “no Kelsey don’t do it, don’t do it Kelsey” sounds to me like he’s telling her to not take her own life not something an officer would say if she had a gun pointed at him. Wouldn’t he say “PUT THE GUN DOWN, put the gun down” the prosecution has seemed to change the story multiple times. A 25 yr veteran and firearms instructor missed his first shot from 3 ft away. Noonan a coworker, shows up to take her 4 mth old still nursing child away from a mom with postpartum depression and give to a man who obtained an RO and custody thru lies! A man who then while she was fighting for her life after being shot in the chest. Broke into her house with 3 others, stole her passport, laptop and multiple other items cancelled the honeymoon and had refunded to himself, transferred money to his own acct and went thru her MyChart on the computer violating HIPAA.
