Just spoke to @lastminute_com who said they are just the #agent that @emirates still hasn’t sent them the #refund for my #airlineticket which was cancelled by emirates in 2021 due to #covid. is #disgraceful as I am made to feel like a mug chasing this refund for over 5 months.

@MartinSLewis can I check who I escalate to as @lastminute_com @emirates are holding over £1000 of mine for over 4 months that I could be using during by this difficult financial time.

@lastminute_com @emirates I have contacted you a number of times regarding refunding the cost of my flight. I was assured a refund and I am still waiting FOUR months later for the refund When will I receive my refund. My flight was cancelled due to the COVID travel ban in Dec 21
