Was refused by Fritz the State Farm Roadside Assistance agent. Horrible horrible customer service from a company who has given only top Tier service in the past. If this is the level of service being provided State Farm roadside will need to do better!

Had a flat tire on my Class A RV. Contacted State Farm roadside assistance and was told by Fritz they do not provide the service I need which is a tire change. This is a service that I PAY FOR and that is definitely included in roadside assistance. I asked for another agent and

@DoorDash Ive been told it will take 5 days to get a refund. It did not take 5 days for my money to be taken. No offer was made to contact the Dasher to attempt to get me my grocery order. No offer was made to have a different Dasher shop and bring me my order

@DoorDash placed a grocery order and it was delivered to the wrong address due to the Dasher’s ineptitude. Dasher did not attempt to contact me nor follow the instructions for delivery. Now I have been placed on hold buy a Doordash customer service rep

@ChampionPowerEQ So in other words your passing the buck! No one wants to speak through chat and email does not seem to work considering I HAVE YET to receive the shipping label needed to have my generator serviced. I spoke to LIVE AGENTS who did not keep their word on 3 different occasions!

@ChampionPowerEQ Is a joke! Bought an inverter generator and it worked well until a couple of months ago. It is under warranty so I contacted Champion customer service on numerous occasions but can’t seem to get the proper assistance or a truth telling customer service rep!

@ATT I have literally been on the phone over an hour just to discuss my internet bill. Young man by the name of Jason placed me in hold 15 mins ago. I am still on hold. THIS is where we are with customer service today. Sub par service from a sub par company 🤦‍♂️
