@AvantiWestCoast thanks to the absolute shambolic service and decisions to overcrowd and delay the 20:33 service after being dumped off the 19:30 from Euston (wasn’t reinstated) - I will now miss my ticketed through last train from Wigan Wallgate to Southport. Help?
