This is the last hurdle in order to unlock the high value monetisation for SSOF's land. - Mining assets - unequivocally stated to be divested - ideally in Q2. $50-60m - Green Li-Ion, projected to sell down at its IPO (ASX) this year (26H2). ±$20m Totaling $350m in divestment in '26 -> LODE mcap currently ±$200m. Further: - Strong progress on metal recycling; facility 1 commissioning & commercial production on track. Facility 2 location pinpointed & first permits filed. Only facility 1 will have the capex outlay for high-value refining of the tailings. - The one thing missing for me was additional concrete MSA's, but CDG seemed confident about the extensive pipeline. - LODE's board strengthened, resulting in better governance & alignment with shareholders. - Bioleum, no big updates, but seems to be chugging along fine. Kreisler (financier) looks to be out since this month according to Linkedin. 2026 is shaping up to be massive for $LODE.

$lode finally got to listen to earnings call. Takeaways for me. 1. Gonna take a little longer than I thought but the non core assets should monetize this year. Months not weeks out. They'll also likely monetize for even more than I'd hoped. $300-400mil total? 2. Board member additions are fantastic and come from large institutional investors that are aligned with shareholders 3. International expansion. You build a board team like this in anticipation of that. 4. Customers seem to be lining up and growing larger 5. #silver price increase even without refining puts profits at $75mil/plant/year with 7 plants the math isn't hard folks. It's a $10bil company minimum 6. Bioleum not much update there which sounds like buy design as they have split off. Think of it more and more like a monetization asset, granted one worth billions. It's all metals from CDG
