Remember the Cumberland County story of Trump campaign asking for sensitive election security info. They did the same in 2 other Pennsylvania counties. The Pennsylvania secretary of state has advised counties not to disclose this info and has reached out to the FBI

When and where did this happen? What possible explanation can there be? There is clearly blood when she is helped up. Hope an attorney for wherever this is files charges and dismisses the officer. Glad other officers intervened to help her.
