I am just terrible with remembering birthdays, but I wanted to be sure not to meet this one. Happy Birthday, @back4blood. This year just flew by!

Crazy to think that it's been a year since our official launch. Thank you to our wonderful community - we wouldn't be here today without your support. Happy birthday, Back 4 Blood!

@jimmybosse @Tesla @elonmusk That’s the funniest part. The loaner they gave me is an order S. By far a better car than mine.
English

@AlanJohnson @Tesla @elonmusk I think they give the service center folks empathy training. That's great, but unfortunately empathy doesn't fix cars.
English

@StockPhotoSteve @Tesla @elonmusk Been feeling the same way about mine. One issue has ballooned into multiple (all of which did not exist before the first issue was addressed) and nearly impossible to get timely appointments.
Everyone is very nice but very sub par compared to past car service experiences.

@AbuDhabiDude @FSD_5_Star_Dude @Tesla @elonmusk They haven't pushed back on the warranty stuff. 1st visit had 28 listed issues. We're now at visit 8 for two issues which have been there from the beginning.

@THazEV07 @QuincyMercel @Tesla @elonmusk Yep. That's what we did this go-round. He seemed like he really wanted to help too.

@StockPhotoSteve @ArtfulTakedown @Tesla @elonmusk I’m surprised they even address rattles for you. They told me
“you pay for the tech”
“Stop worrying about noises and enjoy the car”
Can’t even get them to fix a knock in the suspension after bringing it up 10 times in 3 years
Lol

@Debuking5 @Tesla @elonmusk I wish I did. Let's just say I was in a moment of "irrational exuberance" when I bought the car and acted a little hastily. Now learning my lesson from that.
English

@THazEV07 @QuincyMercel @Tesla @elonmusk I haven't gotten into a ton of detail on which model it is. Regardless, it's back with Tesla now. They say it'll be done on 9/21 so I'll update then.
English

@THazEV07 @QuincyMercel @Tesla @elonmusk It's posted earlier in the thread. Creaking from the steering column when I turn. Tons of rattling In the back seat. Just not the kind of thing that should be happening with a brand new car.
English

@StockPhotoSteve @Tesla @elonmusk 7 trips to the shop within 9 months sounds within specs. That's what it takes to save the light of consciousness!

@StockPhotoSteve @Tesla @elonmusk Hate to say it, but here in Germany we had both U.S and China built Model3. And the U.S. Buildquality is definitely worse. Maybe it's also a Mindset or cultural problem / difference with the workers?
English

@THazEV07 @QuincyMercel @Tesla @elonmusk In testing my car, should we also include the number of days it's been in service?
English

@Steph_MR3 @ArtfulTakedown @Tesla @elonmusk nah. it's cuz the rattling is coming from the rear passenger side. It's really noticeable. Also extensive creaking when turning the steering.
English

@StockPhotoSteve @ArtfulTakedown @Tesla @elonmusk I'm responding because you said rattling is an issue.
I heard a claim that this is because of the open vent ports under the front seats allow large debris inside. There are third party adhesive grilles available to cover them. Did you install anything preventative like that?
