Interesting how @StockX built a massive marketplace around “trust and verification,” yet when customers need help there’s no phone support and no real way to speak to a human. I’ve spent thousands on the platform and this experience has been pretty disappointing.

@stockx if you're going to allow direct to seller shipping then please require these sellers to learn how to properly package a shoe. Waited a week for a shoe I've always wanted to own and it comes in damaged and packaged with no protection in a huge box. It's so inconsiderate.
