.@brendandunne I doubt you see this, let alone respond, but what recourse do we as customers have with @stockx when they allow a sale to go thru, but then hold the money on a verification of ID fail. Why even let the sale proceed before the ID is validated?

Why hasn’t @stockx implemented a penalty tax that protects the consumer? Could be focused around new releases. The issue being that if a release is now moving for more money, the seller simply avoids fulfillment of cheap order & just resells for higher. Minimal penalty involved. Created huge consumer issue, seen even recently at Coachella. Maybe an extra 30-40% fee on new items to be fulfilled due to that being the potentially profit margin? This ultimately protects the consumer by the way. Forces the seller to ship in the lower market sale & no rebuying for the higher market price for the buyer.

Hey @stockx opened “verified authentic” Crown Zenith ETB & found plastic-wrapped basketball cards instead of #PokémonTCG cards. Box showed clear signs of resealing/tampering. Exactly what buyers fear when paying StockX premiums for “verified authentic.” Need immediate resolution.
