Young men are hesitant to marry because of sky high divorce rates, so both men and women live in sin until about age 30 when they finally marry. Many more marriages end in divorce. Both out-of-wedlock births and divorce leave children vulnerable to abuse because their father isn't there to protect them from other men who their mother often brings into the home. This shift has been horrible for society.
