some of y’all been following me for a while know the type of trader I am, unfortunately the past few years I’ve been struggling with stomach issues and the past few months it’s gotten worse than ever giving me pain, anxiety, acid & sweats. Today I had my doctor appt to check inside my stomach after months & unfortunately even tho it sounds good once again they found nothing, more doctor appointments coming up but I just wanted to get this over with.

@optionscjp Long-term, leveraged appreciation of the property outpaces monthly premium. Historically, real estate in at roughly 3%-4% annually. A 4% gain on a $2.5M home is $100,000 in equity growth per year. Mortgage payment stays flat; rent doesnt.

I’m having a hard time grasping why anybody would buy a house in California right now The price we pay for rent is $7000 but our house is worth $2.5 million. If we were to buy that house, our mortgage payment would be like $20k plus we would have to put 20% down With the economy, the way it is why would anybody want to lock themselves into 30 years of $20,000 a month payments? When I could rent the same house for $7000 a month and if shit hits the fan, I can just come move somewhere cheaper

Can’t wait for the day when it is the right time, the right person, the right moment in my life, when my daughter is old enough, and I feel like I have accomplished the things I set out to do when I can sit and give the world a real interview on who I am, how I got here, my story, where I’m from PERSONALLY…. @StocksLibre It is called Multiple MTF MA [xdecow]. Then set the timeframe to 1 day, choose the length (5,20,50, etc) and then choose SMA: Simple Moving Average under Type

I hope you have all added the daily SMA's to your charts. They are KEY. And looking at stochastics this morning, nearly every time frame from 4 hrs down had a bullish divergence. The only thing to do is hold your runners, protect profits and allow the squeeze to do its thing
