Opendoor (OPEN) stock is down due to a combination of a cooling housing market (higher rates, lower demand), disappointing financial results (missed profits, shrinking revenue), and investor sentiment shifts away from speculative tech/real estate stocks. Not all but most #opendoor investors are down 20-40% on their holdings. Just like GameStop, the hype is fading and bag holders are getting desperate.
