Morning Happy Xmas to you all have a good day.

Afternoon time for the Bruno Xmas message! As we near the end of this year looking back its not been a year I have particularly enjoyed. I was ill on the airplane in the Middle East and had to spend weeks over there in hospital then 10 days over here and still no one can tell me why I was so ill. My foundation has had a turbulent year with so many broken promises of financial help even the recent auction a number of people reneged on their bids. However the good thing is we still are helping people every month and we look forward to a new year with where we have new team members in place. I sadly lost a number of acquaintances, friends and also members of my family. Rick (Hatton) passing on was the biggest shock and so unexpected. Boxing as a sport has had highs and lows. I am glad there seems to be more on the TV. I am finding people not so happy in themselves at the moment life seems to be stressful for a lot of people. It’s the time of the year when I look at next years healthy diary lots of positive enquires and a few really exciting opportunities'. How thankful I am the public still want to buy a ticket come out to see me at events all over Europe. Thanks for those who have bought memorabilia, those who have spent or donated money to my foundation. Thank you for still reading the social media & the wonderful messages you send. So what ever your situation can I wish you & your family seasonal greetings and lets all look forward in expectation to a healthy and happy new year. Be nice to each other its a stressful time! Raise your cup, mug or glass cheers!

Do u need a daily dose for it to work or do u just take it when u feel u need it? Can u become dependent on it?

Just a quick one from me. Nobody wants to walk into an empty arena at 11pm to start playing, but this is an issue lower rank guys have far worse where they have finishes of 2am and need to front up the next session should they progress more frequently than higher ranked players. The players board and World Snooker are aware of the schedule problem and doing their best to find a solution☺️
