Everyone has access to top end draft talent (Geelong least of anyone). But very few clubs can develop talent that other clubs overlook.

If he didn’t like the terms on offer at Geelong he could’ve stayed at GC, or gone to Hawthorn/Essendon. It seems that holistically Geelong have offered a great package.

@spy_cable @smorganism @traderadio @CalTwomey I mean it is the AFLs fault that the contract traded for won’t exist. Salary dumps are fine but the team taking on the salary shouldn’t be able to adjust the money owed, that’s the whole point of it.
