Can you help? We are trying to identify a man who walks a muzzled dog in Victoria Park after reports of him being threatening and aggressive to other dog walkers. There have been three separate incidents reported in the last eight days of a man with his dog using inappropriate language and threatening to use his dog to attack them. The man has been described as white, around 5ft 6ins tall, of slim build with facial hair. He is believed to be aged between 27 and 35. He is reported to have been wearing all black with his hood up. If anyone knows who this person is or has any information that could assist us, please come forward. Please also report to police if you have also been approached by a man in the area in similar circumstances.
