@AaronQuinn716 @Cover1 I'll take the Denver play in exchange for 3 SF pitch back touchdown plays every time (or deep throw against Jax). Also how often has it been as bad as the Denver fumble. Don't want to lower the ceiling for consistency (not to mention makes his game less fun)

I'm not here to tell Josh Allen what he should or shouldn't do. But I think the idea is to get your mechanics to the point where it's just all muscle memory and not having to think about it when the ball is in your hands. When I hear him talk about "just go play football" I see him running at the end of half of Denver game totally out of control... Hope I'm wrong.
Cover 1@Cover1

For a guy who completely turned his career around by fixing his mechanics, this comment was noteworthy for Josh Allen...And is something I will be tracking closely....

In a draft the consensus said was “meh” and touted that “position value should be thrown out the window” Brandon Beane finally decided to strictly pursue premium positions. The guy who drafts RBs, LBs, and TEs with regularity with Day 1/2 Picks …

I do not understand the point of gradings/rankings that are different than the rankings you'd actual draft off of. "He was our top graded player but we ranked him 6th" just means the grading system is bad/pointless.
Jordan Raanan@JordanRaanan

Spoke to multiple people around the league the past few days who said that RB Jeremiyah Love was their top graded player. The question now is where do teams place him on their board given the position he plays and their individual needs.

@SamMonsonNFL @HaydenWinks How could I kicker be the "best" in any sense that would be rationale to a GM? Like the best relative to other kickers? That still doesn't mean anything in the overall player pool. I can't imagine any utility of a smashed together list of independent positional ratings

@HaydenWinks Yeah, I don't think i agree tbh. The best player in the draft might be a kicker. Nobody is taking that guy 1st overall. I see no issue in having a measure of ability or quality that gets modified with other pressures to create the final draft board.

@PB_Buccaneer @BenjaminSolak @HaydenWinks Seems like both would be relatively lower for an RB though right? Makes no sense how an RB would make a "best player" list for a GM under any serious evaluation of value over replacement for the pick.

@BenjaminSolak @HaydenWinks As a GM why would you ever rank "best" instead of "valuable"? Like "I really enjoy watching this running back play but he doesn't contribute football value"? Why are you ranking that? When your sole goal is winning "best" and "most valuable" should be indistinguishable

In Root, the Vagabond is often a pain in the ass for the other players. They sneak around the map doing their little quests, maybe sniping a few birds or cats. Don't seem to be a threat, just based on looking on the board. But then they rack up points and win out of nowhere. This is because everyone ignores them. If you play Root as one of the conventional wargame-type factions, you need to see the Vagabond as a rival on the same level of every other faction. That means you have to spend actions attacking them. Hit them whenever you get the chance. You can't kill the little racoon but you can damage his items enough that he has to sit out in the forest for a while to recover. If you ignore the Vagabond, he will win. So smack him down. Everyone at the table needs to know this.

A big reason why a lot of Bills fans hate Joe Brady is because they miss an era of football that literally died three years ago

I think it’s pretty clear that Joe Brady was not a Sean McDermott guy. McDermott made that pretty clear throughout the season in his press conference conferences. Which makes you wonder was Brady running the type of offense that he would choose? Only Brandon Beane and people inside that building know that answer.
Cover 1@Cover1

Sean McDermott gave a special shout out to OL coach Aaron Kromer. @ErikJTurner and @SalSports discussed his importance to the success of Buffalo's offense on the latest episode of Turf to Tape, presented by @ThinManBrewery. Full conversation on YouTube: youtube.com/live/ZUlKAmXZS…
