He was armed with a 4x4 vehicle weighing over 2 tons and was actively using it as a weapon. The cop will be fine.

@KemiBadenoch I think you will find the rules on admissibility of evidence are quite different in the criminal trial and the misconduct proceedings. Then there is competence and compellability issues and burden and standard of proof. Likely more. Do some research.
