I tell you, the Hinman emails will be bad for crypto, they will help Ripple but they will show that the SECs entire crypto policy which was based on Hinmans speech was illegitemate. Armstrong made this tweet after the Hinman Interrogation and right after the judge ruled to turn the documents over for the first time.

😂 this is actually correct. Brilliant point. He has prejudged every crypto on this issue before investigations have been conducted or even commenced about must coins. What sought of reckless legal advice would conclude all cryptos are securities w/o considering the facts of each

Gensler knows that Ripple’s use for XRP is as a bridge currency and has been since 2018 and he knows the SEC’s statements in the case that XRP has no utility are misleading
