@MarkZuckerman 2 things: 1) we're still paying for WS '19 win on Scherzer and Strasberg contracts. 2) Toboni is the new guy, and Gore didn't exactly have a great 2nd half '25.
All in all, Nats get a mulligan for '26. But by end of '27 with development and FA acquisitions they should be .500.
