Rebekah Niewoehner, @StottmannLab & co showed that mutations in Ttc21b contribute to human primary #microcephaly, and that the severe microcephaly in homozygous #mouse mutants arises from impaired neural progenitor proliferation and differentiation.

@JasonSynaptic this is a ridiculous threshold. 100% effort research PI can write 6 good grants in a year without AI - especially if moving grants from scored to fundable over multiple rounds of review. there is a lot of room betwee 40 grants in one cycle and 6 in a whole year.
