Lilo (understandably bc trauma) is uncontrollable, and her actions threaten Noni's job and their home -- what she needs to take care of Lilo. The whole situation is unsustainable and frankly cruel to Noni.

I think the One Piece Base Shop in Tokyo is the WORST One Piece store ever created. To enter, you have to be a resident in Japan/have a Japan ID and participate in a lottery one month in advance for a chance to get access to the store. I couldn’t even try to participate because I’m resident in Italy. I only saw the store from the outside, and inside there were around 10–15 staff members and NO visitors/customers, but of course, they didn’t allow me to enter, and they even told me to leave because I was taking photos and “blocking the passage” (which was empty since there was no one there). If I could leave 0 stars as a review, I would. One Piece should be for everyone, come on..

Tyler, The Creator dropped one of my favorite albums of 2024 and I still don’t think I’ve talked about it enough. I was going through one of the hardest times in my life when it came out. I’d sit in my car, play it front to back, smoke a little, and everything would feel okay for a second. “Take Your Mask Off” really says it all. This album feels like getting older. The imposter syndrome that never really leaves. Life getting more serious. Love, decisions, who you keep around you, questioning following your dreams. He talks about growing up Black in a way that’s actually real. Hating parts of yourself like your hair, and eventually growing to love it, the clips of his mom feels reminiscent of what every black parents teaches you growing up. Production wise, he leveled up. Storytelling, vulnerability, everything feels intentional. I still play this album all the way through. No skips. And honestly… a lot of people don’t like this one because it hits too close, or they just can’t relate yet. Go head and take that mask off for me 🙏🧚🏽‍♀️
