@etheria_restart XD devs, his skill 2 needs a turn reset to use Skill 3 "in the same turn." Without it, he'll be weak in both PVE and PVP. Yeli has a defense break, and most bosses aren't frozen. Kloss breaks defense and also reduces speed and applies his own debuff...

@iMaickao @etheria_restart If u want to use him in pvp, u have a stripper go first, but none of that matters in the current state of revelation speed comps running the scene. And his freeze will be useful for bosses that have minions, which most of them do.
