2 cool things at practice last night! 1st, we had a great visit from @CoachDavidSaur who talked to us about roles. Appreciate you Coach🫡 Then we went over on time, but players were sad practice was “already” over. So they made us go another session🙌 We do have fun😅

A3: Since we press on FTs make or miss, we put press in using “Free Throw Blockout”. Teach FT blockouts + pressing in same drill. 1st practice, mic’d up (sorry for angle) Shoot FT. Go down + back. Pressing team scores they can keep scoring. Like it with 3 groups🏀 #GBetBBChat

D3 or JUCO? As a former D3 athlete I can relate to kids not wanting to go D3 at first… but that’s basically all because of perception. The truth is D3s have some of the best schools in the country. This is also a regional topic because a kid in Texas is probably more likely to go JUCO than a kid from New England where we grow up on D3 being around. Would love to hear you guys thoughts!
