A drop in engagement rate isn’t always bad. When your tweet reaches way more people than usual, it travels outside your existing audience. These new eyes don’t know you, so they’re less likely to engage and that’s normal. That doesn’t mean the post failed. It means it broke out.

Train posts style have been alpha lately. Not many people actually know how they work, so here’s the breakdown: You post one idea, then QRT your own post with another one in the same context. Keep doing it in a small series, and the algo boosts the whole chain together. Threads aren’t relevant anymore. This is basically the new version of a thread just done with QRTs. A lot of creators are already using this for their daily series posts.

I asked a founder the other day "How do you know you have a strong community? " He said: "We have 5K members on discord, 20K across our socials, and 2k on TG. It's strong" That's the real problem. Founders still think strong community is about big numbers. Community is about behavior. the real strength of your community shows up by: - how many people show up without being pushed - how many take action consistently - how many defend your project when you're not in the room Track their behavior patterns. That'll keep you grounded and help you identify real problems early.

Pro-tip for easy content. Every time you go to comment on something (not as a reply guy, but a real value adding comment), Just quote repost it instead. You’ll easily hit 4-5 posts a day without even trying.

@Austin_Riddick Giving your world a soul is exactly as it should be said NFTs are really about creating realities and narratives which people want to gather around and associate their social identity with even The lore makes it unique and one of a kind

Agreed 💯 IP is the best of the NFT categories But it's not about throwing characters on NFTs, Gifs, or just art It's about giving your world a soul A place people want to explore It's making your audience curious about the story Creating loyal fans who want to contribute to its evolution Most of what you see nowadays is fluff It's paid accounts pretending to like something It's KOLs trying to sell you what they'll forget the moment the check stops Real IP is led by founders with passion Something rarely seen in Web3 And when you find it... Hold on to it
Mr. CavyPunk@cavypunk

When I look at 99.9% of HUGE NFT collections, my brain instantly puts them into 3 buckets: Scenario A: -You claim to be a real artist. Alright , cool. But real artists rarely have the time, capacity, or consistency to produce a full-scale 5k–10k collection. Their craft doesn’t scale like that. (PASS) Scenario B: -You’re not an artist. -You also don’t offer any real utility. (Stories and “community” are NOT utilities.) Even if you call it a brand, people will only buy to flip. if they buy at all. (PASS Again UNLESS, I believe in the founders) Scenario C: You actually have a plan to give these characters life . through IP, real utility, or better yet… Evolvable mechanics. Now we’re speaking the same language.

@manyaaww Opinions shaped by monetary value are pretty weak in my eyes and that’s in a lot of cases. Money isn’t made from thin air For something so saturated with interest and attention, you can’t expect to get yourself rich from a single airdrop Not overhyped; it was fantasised

Web3 is heading in the complete wrong direction. Creators' “opinions” here shift based on how much money they think they can make. Look at the whole Monad situation. On airdrop day, everyone was calling it another overhyped chain because their allocation wasn’t what they expected. And now on TGE, suddenly it’s a super professional consumer focused L1 again. This is exactly why Web3 stays disconnected from the real world. Web3 is not a fking ATM lol, stop treating it like one. NGMI

@AndrewAsksHow There’s something special and pure about a founder who is down to earth with their people and is humble It’s a different dynamic when a founder almost feels like a player inside the same investment as you - they show to want to win just as much as you do

It’s never great when a founders success gets to their head The level of humility they used to have is gone Everything becomes about them and what used to be about the team is now just ego hiding inefficiencies And the ones that behave this way are usually one hit wonders

@FoxyhitsW High impact is slower with greater long term returns if you can convert the appreciation of others into people who would invest in your works Low impact content is simple + gains easy engagement but something as such doesn’t present anything worth investing in Conversion wins

day 15 of sharing random tips for ct creators until i hit 10k followers: there are 3 ways to grow as a creator in web3: > spam replies and post noise (low impact) > learn a skill, leave valuable takes, qrt them (mid impact) > become an expert and post quality (high impact) high impact = slower growth but deeper trust low impact = faster growth but shallow audience your numbers grow either way but only one path compounds long term if you’re struggling with impressions, start at low impact but dont get addicted to impression the real goal is to become a high impact creator leave a comment and i'll tell you where you are standing rn (must be following)

day 14 of sharing random tips for ct creators until i hit 10k followers: i've said this before and lemme say it again people are sleeping on the power of QRTs if you’re struggling to get traction as a creator, start QRTing posts when you have something valuable to add - big accounts notice you - if they rt it, you get traction - you put your takes in front of people - at the very least, they learn your name just pivot to QRTing instead of replying with your thoughts other way of using QRTs is qrting your own posts (articles/threads) with some valuable takes it 2-3x the impressions of qrted post in 24 hrs btw drop your profiles below for a quick review (must be following)

X is revealing your location because they don’t care about web3 people. 95% of normies don’t care about this feature, or don’t hide their location at all. The solution? Switch to CMC because it’s the only platform that’s 100% built for crypto.

Hot take - majority of these top accounts you’ve been following on X are Indians ( or not ) Truth is .. if the are actually Indians; you’ve been outperformed by them and if not, then who cares cuz they may have had some genuine content. Stop spending time calling these accounts out.. go out there and build a better self. Oh and GM !
