We are talking about abject poverty in these areas. Access to healthier options are key. in terms of buying raw and cooking it yourself, sadly some ppl just can’t or don’t cook.

In November 2019, an intruder broke into the Rochester, New York, home of Willie Murphy, an 82-year-old award-winning female bodybuilder. Despite the darkness and her age, Murphy, who could deadlift 225 pounds, defended herself with remarkable force. She first smashed a wooden table over the intruder, then used the table's metal legs to strike him while he was down. She finally blinded the man by pouring a bottle of shampoo into his eyes and hitting him with a broom until police arrived. The 28-year-old intruder had to be taken to the hospital by the very ambulance he had originally tried to trick Murphy into calling.
