@UKLabour Freeze them? Need to work out how to reduce them, cheaper train fares (and reliable service) will encourage the use of public transport over long distance drives.

This is historic. Labour is choosing to freeze rail fares for the first time in 30 years.

@BootsHelp The issue is your offsite prescription facility routinely rounds down to full boxes, so prescriptions are being issued without the full quantity of meds. This has happened 4 times so far on monthly repeat. Seems like an issue in your dispensing process to me.

Hi @BootsUK is the Morecambe Arndale branch going to be open today? Apparently there’s a system issue and they’ve had to shut, need to sort out an incorrectly dispensed prescription (again). Ta

@BootsHelp The note on the door said a system error meant they can’t open or answer phones. Not sure how the two are connected but that’s not my problem.
