If you think Epstein was bad, Canada has some of it's own very dark history.👇 Project Jericho was one of the largest child sexual abuse case in Canadian history. The investigation took place in a small town called Prescott Ontario Canada, which sits on the St. Lawrence River. Project Jericho began in August 1989 and involved over 300 victims and more than 100 offenders over a five-year period. The abusers were convicted of various charges related to child sexual abuse, including rape, molestation, and indecent liberties. The first reports of abuse came from a 7 year old girl in 1989 who stated that in addition to the sexual abuse, herself and many other children were submerged in water, confined beneath the floor, and forced to drink “yucky juice." The "yucky juice" is said to have been blood but was never confirmed. The adults responsible for the abuse were said to have used satanic ritual abuse on the children as well as terrorized the children with guns, knives, and other weapons. Many of the abuses described above were actually documented on videotape. Schools, streets, and other institutions were renamed because hundreds of people in the town were involved, and the abuse spanned multiple generations of multiple families. In 1990, arrests had started to be made, and children were being removed from their homes. In 1994, there were 162 victims named and 119 abusers. 113 of the victims were adults who came forward to say that they had experienced abuse as children. 65 of the abuse cases went to trial, and of the 65 cases, there was a 91% conviction rate.
