According to reports, the bus was scheduled to travel from Tumkur to Madhugiri. As passengers rushed to board, a stampede-like situation developed due to overcrowding and a lack of proper crowd management. In the confusion, Harshita lost her balance and fell near the bus. Tragically, one of the bus’s tires ran over her leg, resulting in a severe fracture. Emergency services were immediately alerted, and she was promptly transported by Sadu Ambulance to the district hospital in Tumkur. She is currently undergoing treatment for her injuries. Medical staff have confirmed that her leg was broken in the accident, and she is receiving the necessary care.
