The DoW video titled "UAP USO Formation" stood out among the more impressive in the second batch of UFO files released today. The video was uploaded to a classified military network in June 2024. It was taken using infrared sensor and shows four UFOs flying in formation both under and over a body of water.
These are possibly advanced drones/orbs belonging to an advanced civilization residing under an ocean.
